We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and strictly adhere to provisions of data protection acts. We only acquire personal data when required for technical or organisational reasons and the data acquired will not under any circumstances be sold or passed on to third parties.

Data processing on this website
The EAIR website is hosted by wix.com. Forum registration
When you sign up for the annual forum, various details are required. Below your name, your address and a valid e-mail address. The data will be stored for the period from the beginning of the registration (April) to the end of the annual forum (September). The conclusion of the forum is the day on which the evaluation survey of the forum is closed. During this time you will be listed as a participant of the annual forum and will receive information about the forum by e-mail.
Membership
When you purchase a membership or register as a member on this site, personal information is required from you. This includes your name, a full address and a valid e-mail address. All other personal information is voluntary.
Your data will only be stored for the duration of your membership.
