Social justice is a critical element in all levels of education as much as it is in work life. It is not only the responsibility of the politics’ but also the universities’ to find solutions to the social, economic and educational problems of the youth who are the warrants for tomorrow’s world. Setting an effective route will save the youth from indulging in illegal activities like delinquency and substance abuse as there is a positive relationship between these problems and socio-economic status. This will also increase the rate of schooling, decrease discrimination, sexism and racism, and enable a proper educational and work life for youth. The study aims at analyzing the social justice perspectives of the university students (n=429) in relation to socio-economic status and aptitude towards delinquency. A questionnaire will be given to 1st and 4th year students using stratified random sampling and the results will be examined with correlational analyses.
