Enhancing Employability through Experiential Learning where Emotional Intelligence matters

We often forget that becoming more employable is a key outcome for students attending university. This presentation looks at developing Emotional Intelligence and Transversal Skills through Experiential Learning being introduced into both multicultural and cross curriculum activities. How to utilise Erasmus+ mobility funding to engage with industry and deliver a program that helps students to contextualise their learning and more able to be successful in the 21st Century careers market.
